住宿規定
Rules and Regulations
• 為維護清幽的住宿環境，『天空的院子』恕不對外開放參觀，請事先預約訂房。
• El Patio Del Cielo is only open to guests with a booking and otherwise not open to the public.
• 請於訂房三日內(含訂房本日)轉帳或匯款訂金的30%(包含餐點訂金)，完成轉帳手續後，請再與我們確認，如超過匯款時間，院子有權力將房間轉讓給其他客人。
• The deposit to reserve and hold your room is 30% of the total amount and must be paid within 3 days of making your reservation. Please contact us to confirm we have received your payment. If a deposit is not received then you will lose your reservation.  
• 天空的院子進房時間為下午四點以後，退房時間為中午十一點前，請確實遵守時間。
• Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 11am. 
• 住宿皆提供當天晚餐與隔日早餐，不另計收費(素食事先告知)。
• El Patio Del Cielo provides one dinner and one breakfast for guests (Vegetarian option available upon request).
• 為了響應環保，浴室提供盥洗用具皆包含毛浴巾、洗髮精、沐浴乳，其餘請自行攜帶。
• To preserve the environment, we will only provide towels, shampoo and bath gel. Please bring other necessary toiletry items with you.
• 提供無線網路，電腦請自備
• High-speed internet access – please bring your own laptop .
• 為了維護住客權益與確保住宿品質，禁止攜帶寵物入住。
• To ensure the quality of stay for all guests, pets are strictly prohibited.
• 為確保住宿品質，不提供加床服務，敬請見諒。
• We are unable to provide extra bedding.
• 為維護健康與安全，室內禁菸，敬請見諒。
• Smoking on premises is strictly prohibited.
• 住宿的旅客，使用完的公共廚具與公共書本，請清潔完再歸回原位。
• Guests are asked to wash their own dishes and return all El Patio Del Cielo library books.
• 為不影響清幽生活環境，不提供電視及卡拉ok服務，晚上十點半過後，請保持安靜。
• We do not provide televisions or karaoke machines. Please keep noise to the minimum after 10:30 pm.
• 請自備室外拖鞋。
• Please bring your own slippers and sandals. 
• 為了節省山上水資源，熱水供應時間，原則上為晚上八點至十一點，早上為七點至八點 。
• To preserve water supply and other resources in the Da-An area, hot water is only provided from 7am – 8am and 8pm – 11 pm.
• 天空的院子提供全包住宿旅客露天電影設備如單槍、投影布幕、音響(請旅客自備筆記型電腦及影片)，電影設備提供時間至晚上十點半止(雨天恕不提供)。
• El Patio Del Cielo runs an Open Air Cinema until 10:30 pm if weather permits.( Please bring your own laptop.)
• 住宿當日逢颱風或地震等天災不可抗拒因素時(以南投在地縣市政府頒布狀況為準則)，可全額退回訂金。
• Your deposit is refunded in full if the Nan-Tou Government declares any natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes.
• 如需更改或取消住房日期，請於十天前告知，離訂房三天內(含訂房本日)退房者，恕不退還訂金。訂金是雙方的保證，不限訂房個人使用，可以轉給親朋好友，另延期期 間請自行排好假期再次訂房 (不限原訂房型)即可。
• Cancellations must be made 10 days or more prior to date of arrival. All cancellations made within 3 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded. Deposits can secure bookings for guests or on behalf of family and friends.

公共空間介紹
El Patio Del Cielo common facilities
• 公共書房：(library)
提供各類書籍／雜誌／漫畫，讀完畢請回歸原位
• Books/magazines/comic books are provided; please return all borrowed materials to the library before you leave.
• 共用大廳：(lounge)
提供兩張桌几，四張大藤椅，適合聚會的場所，請旅客朋友務必維持環境清潔
• The lounge contains 2 tables, 4 armchairs and is suitable for meetings. Please keep common areas clean and tidy.
• 共用簡易廚房：
• Communal kitchen
• Basic kitchenware provided (appliances include water purifier, microwave and oven). Please refrain from stir frying and deep frying food. Please wash all dishes and keep the communal kitchen clean.
提供簡易廚具(飲水機／微波爐／烤箱)給旅客朋友烹飪，禁止油煙類的煮食，此外，務必維持廚房的清潔，使用後器具清潔後，請歸回原位
